The Government Procurement Procedures Handbook is now on-line. The Government Procurement Procedures Handbook (or the "Handbook") contains the applicable procedures which must be strictly adhered to by every Public Body which seeks to engage in a procurement or contract award activity.
The violation by a Public Body of any part or provision of the Handbook's procedures is deemed by the Office of the Contractor General as a serious matter. If you are a Public Body and you are in doubt about the interpretation or applicability of a provision of the Handbook, please contact the Technical Services Department of the Office of the Contractor General, at 876-929-6460, for assistance.
